There is a path of effortless change, which we all encounter, stray from and encounter again.

When we are on our right path in any area of our lives our energy flows freely.

With every problem large or small, personal or business, physical, mental, emotional or relationship the energy is blocked in some way and isn’t flowing properly, on some level you and I know this.

My life and work is about finding for myself and helping my clients, individuals and companies, rediscover a more optimal flow effortlessly – that, people describe as health,
wellness, solutions as well as new and higher levels success.

To see or hear the surprise in my clients as they experiences changes they had not imagined, always makes me smile. I’m delighted (in a quiet way) to be able to help others in a myriad of ways that makes life easier and more enjoyable for them.

My main focus is dissolving the energies that are stuck or blocked in some way that keep fear, problems and pain in a loop. Change, can and often does happen in a moment, be that physical, emotional or psychological. There is very little for the client to do other than give a little feedack as the changes happen.

Over 20 years ago I trained for three years as part of the Professional Training Program in Psychosynthesis and also as an executive coach.

I have continued to train and explore to find the most effective methods available today. I have increasingly focused on many and diverse energy solutions, through Reiki, EFT, as well as a number of “extremely effective” proprietary methods which unite quantum physics with ancient Eastern wisdom, including the perspectives and practices of the Dao or Tao.

I enjoy helping each client discover higher and more integrated levels of success, wellness, harmony and order, within themselves, their business, relationships and throughout their lives.
